Buckeye Contractors

We originally called Buckeye Contractors when we had storm damage last September. They worked closely with our insurance company and the results were excellent! We got a brand new roof and gutters they also fixed the siding that had blown loose from our house.
Our house is only 9 years old but the quality of the windows was awful. They were the aluminum type and you could feel air and cold coming in. We called Buckeye Contractors and several other companies to get estimates. After having 6 companies out we did call Buckeye Contractors to come back out. We had the Big Names and some local guys out here and did like some of the windows we saw however did not like the pressure and price. Guess all that T.V. and radio costs a whole bunch of money.
Buckeye Contractors had several different windows and did not push one certain window on us. They gave us the several pricing and quality options and let us decide on what we wanted. Doug did ask us a series of questions and helped us narrow it down to two windows. We looked at the Thermal window and the Simonton window. We decided on the Simonton because of the price and the fact that it only took two weeks to get them in and installed.
Our windows were installed this past week on Thursday and Friday morning. We had 13 windows done and now have a Patio Door, Front door and 1 garage window on order. We also loved the price. Our windows are great! We are looking for some gas savings this winter. The installers were fantastic, they cleaned up after themselves and they were just friendly and great to work with. Fred the installer even watched my dog for a couple of minutes while I picked my daughter up from school.
We highly recommend Buckeye Contractors for any work inside or outside your home. They are real people and take great pride in the job that they do for you! They will be going to see my sister at her home on Monday.

I am writing this review regarding a roofing job Buckeye Contractors did for us just this past week.
I have had several projects done on my home over the years by many different contractors and my experiences have been varied from complete nightmare to somewhat satisfied. But I have never been compelled to write about my experiance until now.
From my first visit with Doug Bond I was completely impressed from his down-home style, yet his professional approach, his attention to detail and his willingness to work with our hectic schedule. We shared with Doug our concerns about workmanship as well as some of the bad experiences we have had. He not only listened he addressed each situation completely as to how he would handle them.
Being previously bitten by other contractors we were "Gun-Shy" about hiring anyone but we put our faith in Buckeye Contractors and Doug that they would do what they said!
We were not disappointed. From the first day when the crew arrived Doug personally walked the job with us and the crew making sure all details and concerns were understood. The crew was very polite and professional and most of all they were concerned about our home.
The crew also informed us of some rotten wood and flashing that needed replaced around our chimney and Doug replaced it all for $100.00. The clean up was also very thorough and impressive as they had tore off 24 squares. Not only did they clean up the debris they also cleaned out the gutters! OUR ROOF LOOKS GREAT! And we would not hesitate to use Buckeye Contractors again!

It was time to paint my home again. After painting it myself several times over the years I decided it was time to hire someone else. A friend recommended I call Buckeye Contractors. I asked them to give me a price on the whole house and include a price for replacing the gutters and putting leaf protection on them. The gentleman that came out was very informative and worked up the price for me in no time. After we discussed my particular situation he also figured out how much it would cost to side the home. It was, of course more expensive. I spent the extra money and had my them put on vinyl siding. I never have to paint again and now my home is completely maintenance free!

We recently had storm damage to our home. After seeing a Buckeye Contractors sign at one of our neighbor's homes we decided to call them. After making an appointment they arrived, on time, and inspected the home for damage. They concluded that there was sufficient damage to warrant a claim. We called our insurance company right then and made the claim. The insurance company scheduled a time for an adjuster to come out and Buckeye Contractors was there to insure our claim was maximized and the insurance company did not leave anything out. Buckeye Contractors replaced our roof, siding, and gutters without a us paying anything out of pocket! We recommend them to anyone needing work done. The craftsmanship was outstanding. We even got an upgrade on our new roof!

We had one more project to do when called Buckeye Contractors for a price on a deck that would wrap around our Patio Enclosure. After looking at our property Doug asked if we had ever thought about a patio. We had but I did not want a paver patio. I was told that there was a lot of up-keep on them. We also wanted a place to grill out and I did not like the idea of a grill on top of a deck. We now have a beautiful stamped patio and it cost less then a deck!
