While their selection is extensive, the owner (at least, that is who I'm assuming assisted my friends and I), was far from polite. She treated us with such disrespect, and I wonder how she can stay in business. She made my friend's dress buying experience horrible.
The economy today is unstable and customer appreciation should top priority. My friend did, in fact, find the gown of her dreams, but will be taking her money to a business who knows what exceptional customer service will bring.
If there was an option lower than "Awful!" I would certainly choose it.
