User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would not recommend taking your vehicle there. I had the worst experience with these employess and their managers. They kept firing their employees and making inside mangaement changes,,, no one could keep up with the accident my vehicle was involved in.
my vehicle was in there for 7 months and when I got it back.... it was in worst condition then when I took it in....they cut the key in half...no one knew why and they asked me why....all their answers to my questions were questions... 2 of my tires were flat and they refused to take responsiblity..my electric window wont open or close, my new bumper they supposing put in due to they accident had scratches in the front very visible.. I will continue to let all in the web site and public newspapers .EVERYONE and EVERYBODY NOT TO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO SERVICE OR REPAIR to FRIENDLY CHEVROLET AT INWOOD IN DALLAS, TEXAS........ NEVER TAKE YOUR CARS THEIR..THOSE PEOPLE CANT BE TRUSTED.......
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHad a wreck last month, I had the vehicle towed to the Body Shop at Friendly Chevrolet. What started out as a very bad situation turned out to be a relly wonderful experience. The staff over there is just top notch. They worked with my insurance company to get the vehicle repaired quickly and did an amazing job of it. I would recommend Friendly Chevrolet to anyone. Their name says it all.

The name says it all! If you want to find a real deal come here. People are so friendly, they al welcomed me with BIG smiles. Variety of models and great prices. So different from all the other car dealerships I know. Next time you shop for a car, choose Friendly Chevrolet in Dallas, because they will make your buying your car a nice journey as it should be!
