.My husband and I dined over the 4th of july weekend with some friends. the restaurant was kind of quite for a Saturday night but the holiday probably had a lot to do with that. Our server was very friendly I think his name was matt. he was very attentive to our needs and was knowledgeable of the food What a good restaurant for Laurinburg ,food was fresh and delicious we'll be back

Well the food is wonderful. Fresh, properly cooked and very, very Italian. The service lacks sophistication and knowledge. Our server did not have a clue about the wine, the desserts ("Tara something?") and did not know the owner's name. ("Frank Something") Now with that said she was very pleasant, prompt and did try hard. You just want to come in early and give them a class in how to work in a fine dining place.
The price point for this place is high, about what you would pay in Raleigh or Charlotte for Fine Italian Dining. If they can get the service up it will be the real deal. Again let me say the food is absolutely great!

Sounds as though you have problems with the wait staff on a regular base. Since you are such a wonderful person, how about staying at home and learning how to cook your own dinner, lunch, ect. The key to being a social icon is not being rude, but displaying your manners, please, we ask you to skip on disrespecting the wait staff and give a review on the food. Thanks.
Not sure about a regular basis, whatever that means. And by the way, at the price point this restaurant operates, there should be great service. One gets weary of the poor service in this area, the ignorance, the calling the patron "baby" or "sweety". No thanks. And I am also not sure what you mean by a 'social icon'. I am just a poor guy looking for a good meal. If you own part of this place, which I expect you do, use your time to get it right and don't be so defensive.
