Wal Mart in St. Clairsville. ohio, didnt have the trac phone that i wanted.They said they called the Wal Mart store in Moundsville, Wv. and they had that phone. When i went to the Moundsville Wv. store, they DIDNT have the phone. Just about that time, the mgr. walked by and heard me talking to one of the employees and asked if he could help. I told him that one of the others stores called here about a phone and they said that they said you had it,but, you dont have it, and i made a trip of 22 miles just to get the phone. He checked another store that had the phone and asked an employee of his that lives a few blocks from that store that had the phone, if he would pick up the phone for me when when he came to work the next morning. The mgr. of the Moundsville wv. store apologized for something that wasnt even his fault, and went out of his way to have the phone brought in for me. Guess some managers care. So, the distance for me is about the same between St.Clairsville, oH, and Moundsville Wv, but i go to the Moundsville store, because they seemed to care about my situation.I doubt very much if the Mgr. of the St. C. store would have gone out of his way to even check other stores for me.
