Cleanliness is number one for us, followed by comfortable beds, service, etc. Our king room with sleeper sofa was perfect for my husband, myself and our adult daughter. Bathroom was clean, well stocked and even had a jetted tub. Front desk person was new so check in was a tiny bit slow but totally within norms. She was thorough to review various options and to give our room a follow-up call an hour later to make sure we had everything we needed. Courtyard is beautiful. Breakfast had lots of serve yourself options - pretty typical stuff but the staff helped us get the special item we requested. Bed was great! Everything was clean. I like clean :-) The hotel was fairly full but the room seemed very quiet. Lots of 'birders' were there sharing about their amazing birding experiences in nearby wildlife preserves. Less
