User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe had a plumber come out from us from Mr Rescues company when the pipes for our water heater were leaking. Our leaking pipes was a small yet consistant problem that was getting on my nerves. I had noticed a small increase in our water bill. The plumber that came out Mian gave us a couple of good suggestions and a estimate for the work done. Mian told us we would be better off replacing our old water heater. Our old water heater was over 10 years old and was showing signs of wear and rust. We wanted to get some other opinions so we had 2 or 3 other plumbers come out and give us theyre input on what would be best for us. They all told us the same thing about getting a new water heater it would be better and cheaper for us in the long run. Out of all the estimates Mr Rescues estimate was the cheapest and Mr Rescue was the only company that would haul our old water heater for free. Other plumbing companies were charging $100.00 to take it away. We obviously made the smart choice and chose mr rescue and were happy with our decision. Good prices, great work and warranty on all work done.

If you want to deal with an unethical and incompetent company I suggest you call Mr Rescue. They do not have employee's and do not stand behind their work. They sub out jobs to anyone with a supposed license. The plumber they sent was late each time he came and each time he came he made the problem worse ending up with me having to hire a "real plumber" and pay $1200.00 to have the incompetent work redone. I was told I would receive my money back but of course after waiting for week for my check, I was told no my house was old and had galvanized pipe and they were not responsible. Well my house is 12 years old and has all copper plumbing. Called them for a leaky tub diverter ended up with a destroyed valve.
