i was very satisfied with them for a while had been taking my dogs there for about 3 years. The last time i took my little Yorkie in to be groomed i dropped her off before work and had my friend pick her up, but not even 45 min after i droppped her off they called me asking if she had been acting funny with her right leg. Might i ad when i dropped her off she was as perky as can be boucing around with no problems or pain at all. so i was concerned when they called to ask that. they said she must just be nervous, she never had in the past. they continued to groom my dog and when my friend picked her up they told her that my dog had peed on herself 3 times and was very nervous and scared the whole time. that didnt sound like my dog, so right after work i rushed home to check on her and well she was sitting on the steps of my house shaking and not putting any weight at all on that one leg. i freaked out and seeing as though she was perfect before they took her i knew they had to of done something wanted to take her to my vet but they were closed so i took her to the ER because she wouldnt even walk on it she would hop around and would scream every time i touched her paw. i felt so bad for her. needless to say they cut her nail way too short and it ended up falling off because they were careless. i had to spend $200 on just the emergency bill and about $180 on the medications they gave me to give her. Before i had even gone to the ER to see what was wrong i called and informed them that i was having to do so because of them they didnt answer the phone i guess because they were closed. but i tried calling them the next day but they were not even one bit sympathetic to what i had gone through because of their mistake. didnt even apologize or offer anything for my trobles. they are a horrble set of people who just dont care to loose a customer that they had for 3 years who has 3 dogs. who much ruder can you be?
