I live in these apartments now (2009) in the bigger 1 bedroom. They are slightly pricey but they have the things that are hard to find in Cincinnati area apartments...New, spacious, lots of light from windows and lights, washer & dryer hookups, covered parking and garages. One of the best features of my apartment is the huge amount of closet space. I have never seen this much closet space in any apartment. I did a lot of shopping around and this was the best I could get for the price. My work orders were filled in decent time and issues with my neighbors were always resolved. I don't think you have to pay for the fitness room anymore. This complex is indeed very close to Bridgewater and also LA Fitness. It is very convenient to be within 3 minutes of the gym. It is near impossible to get a garage since there aren't enough and there is a waiting list. Other than that I was unhappy earlier when management was doing some complex wide repairs and had to keep coming in to my apartment. They are done now though and I haven't had any problems since.

Great apartment, Great location. I love our 1 bedroom apartment!! We have a second floor right next to the pool and club house. We have an upgraded kitchen with a bar. It has a front porch and back porch that overlooks the pond. It has over 800 sqft. It is also right next to BRIDGE WATER FALLS in Fairfield township shopping. I save a lot of gas money because everything is right here.

This apartment is too expensive for what you get. Very poor service, no common courtesy from the other neighbors. You have to pay to use the exercise room after hours by purchasing a key at their sister community down the street! The club house is a joke, there is nothing in it. They might get around to fixing your maintenance request when they feel like it.
Don't come to this place, not worth your money. It looks nice on the outside but looks can be deceiving.
