As loyal, long time customers we've unfortunately ex-ing this place off the list. After finding a brown, baby roach crawl across the slice of pizza going into my mouth, we immediately called for the waitress. We were cool about the incident, despite me feeling nauseated. After explaining how they just exterminated, etc., we were understanding, but done nevertheless. Imagine our suprise when not a single dollar was taken off!!! We paid for a pizza that was inedible after seeing a live roach! We even called Louie back to check it wasn't an oversite- his answer "well, whatda ya' want - for me to pick up the whole bill?" This is a perfect example of how amateur business people can not maintain a business...having basic customer service skills. Yes, you would've picked up a $25 bill, but you would've gotten these customers back in your place, saved the 'word of mouth' story now of what happened, and are instead left w/ 2 bitter customers. Shame on you all. I wish we had announced it to the fellow patrons instead of calmly leaving. The worst is that money is tight, so to pick their place for a long awaited meal out, all for this.....you guys suck.
