When you go to Pilgrim you get salespeople jumping up and down on you trying to be the person that gets a sale. They are clearly paid on commission and it shows like no other. There is a tremendous selection of furniture here, but it's hard to actually look at it without someone jumping down your throat to make a sale. The salespeople also don't know about their products. "Yes, we can get that in that color" is usually proceeded by "no, we can't actually get that color for that model, but I can go ahead and order something like it for you." We received conflicting information about a desk we were interested in and then found out after 10 minutes of picking options that it was discontinued, but is still on the floor (and no I don't want the floor model that is banged up). Then, we settled on a couch for our house and picked it up ourselves. Yep, it was damaged. Then the replacement didn't have the removable legs (and they refused to replace them). Overall, they have a great selection, but who knows what is actually available and it is very difficult to cut through the forest of salespeople. Good luck!
