User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPeople heed the warnings about any dealership...including this one. There is a reason why used car salemen are earning a living in this way. They can't do anything else but sling a line. Although our experience is not yet over with Toyota of Rockwall, they did assure us that they had gone through the truck we purchased and everything was running great. Trouble is the keyless entry clicker didn't work and there were two safety recalls. Now how can you perform a quality check and NOT catch this one? We were only 48 hrs. into this vehicle and they wanted us to take the Dodge truck to the Dodge dealership across the road and them check it out. I think that is the job of Toyota to address those issues prior to sticking it on the lot and calling it a fine vehicle. As it turned out, the safety recalls HAD been performed (Toyota just wasn't smart enough to figure that one out because we did have to take it to Dodge ourselves) and we will see how they remedy the keyless entry on our keyring. Buyer beware!!!!! It could be our first and last purchase from this dealership. If you're not happy with their service, keep asking for the next boss up. Everyone has a boss so until you have satisfaction, keep demanding it! If we have a happy ending, I'll try to remember to post it.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone ready to purchase a new vehicle. Jason Catts our salesmen was great! He had to go the extra mile to locate the specific vehicle we wanted because they did not have it in their inventory. The team at Toyota of Rockwall made us feel very welcomed. They were appreciative of our business and for that I will not go anywhere else. Thanks Toyota of Rockwall!

Within an hour of submitting a request for information, we had been contacted by the online salesman and set an appointment to test drive that afternoon. After driving a few cars, we made our decision, and we were out of there within two hours!!!! Not only will we purchase from Toyota of Rockwall again, we will recommend the online purchasing to everyone we know!

Third trip back to them and they did make good on their word regarding the keyless entry clicker. We paid for it and they reimbursed us for it. Buyers.....also always ask for a CarFax. It's your right and the minor $15 fee they pay to furnish it, they make up in somewhere else. All dealerships are the same not just this one. Do your homework!
