I am sorry you feel you were cheated out of your deposit. Our policy is firm, as it states clearly on our contract. ALL inspections of the buses will be done when they return to our facility. I applogize for the driver, he should never make that call the night of because it is impossible to inspect a bus in the dark. He should have showed you the contract you signed stating when buses are inspected. I dont know why he told you that, but we have since schooled him on procedure. To date, we have only kept less then 4% of ALL deposits for damage reasons. So that is not something we commonly do. Yes the driver said you were an awesome group, and also said you made a great effort to pick up your cans.And for that we do thank you. Unfortunately, we do charge to clean up any bodily fluids! We verify any problems with photos,so the renter can see what our cleaning staff had to deal with. Nobody wants to clean up someone elses throw up. And, also beware of companies that book with credit card, as we have heard of those companies charging WAY more then the 100 you unfortunately lost. Once they have that card number you can be charged whatever. All said. I am very sorry you are upset with the loss of your deposit, and dont want to loose a valued customer. If you call our office and speak with us we will try to explain/or work this out with you.

Hey, just a note. keep an eye out.. coming soon. New big red. It takes all the finest qualities that original big red had. But even better. The sound system will be like nothing you have ever heard!! Remember our "dj" buses use actual sound systems not glorified car radios. Keep an eye out. it is identical to old red but with a white roof to make it easier and more efficient for air conditioners to keep it cool. Stay tuned. thanks Jessi
