Good to have a licensed, reliable, local and honest plumbing company when you need it. They came and did a main line job for us we will be calling the next time we have a plumbing issue.

When we needed a local san jose plumber we called Mr Rescue. We were trying to do our laundry and everytime we tryed the water would come back up through our toilets and shower. We needed service right away since we couldnt do our laundry or use our bathrooms. We explained the problem to mr rescues dispatcher and he told us a plumber will be out for you guys within 30 minutes. After about 25 minutes the plumber showed up and showed him what was going on. He seemed to know what he was talking about and gave us a reasonable quote. Immediatly he snaked our main line and cleared it. He ran a video camera inspection and showed us also that it was not blocked anymore. We havent had a problem since the work was done and if we do its ok we have a 90 day warranty on the work done great job guys

If you want to deal with an unethical and incompetent company I suggest you call Mr Rescue. They do not have employee's and do not stand behind their work. They sub out jobs to anyone with a supposed license. The plumber they sent was late each time he came and each time he came he made the problem worse ending up with me having to hire a "real plumber" and pay $1200.00 to have the incompetent work redone. I was told I would receive my money back but of course after waiting for week for my check, I was told no my house was old and had galvanized pipe and they were not responsible. Well my house is 12 years old and has all copper plumbing. Called them for a leaky tub diverter ended up with a destroyed valve.
