Good value for the money.
The restaurant is under a new management, and the food/svc changed for the better. I hardly understood the lady in the past, but the new people are very friendly and speaks decent English.

+good food f/ $, friendly service, homey atmosphere, and now delivers.

-order off menu if not crowded as food on steamer are over-cooked.
