Carlos from Premiercom Solutions is the best!! He has set up our wireless network twice, and when our computer was damaged by a virus, Carlos completely fixed our computer so that it was working again, when no one else could. He is professional, always on time, and very affordable. I would highly recommend Premiercom Solutions for any of your computer needs.

UPDATE-Once again Carlos came thru for us. I cracked the screen on my laptop and was in desperate need of it being repaired. Carlos shopped around for the best price and drove all the way to Miami to get it. He was a fraction of the price anyone else would quote and he picked it up, fixed it, and dropped it off to us within 24 hours. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Reliability and honesty is what Carlos is all about!!!! Thank you once again!

This morning I awoke to find my computer had crashed last evening, and it was clear to me that I either needed an expert technician to resolve my problem, or I was going to be headed to a local retailer to purchase a new desktop. I went online (with a different computer), browsed the internet for a local technician, and found Carlos Garcia of PremierCom Solutions. Wow, was I fortunate. Carlos came early this evening as promised, sat right down at my computer, immediately diagnosed the problems, and convinced me that he could get me up and running, possibly better than before. And, the price he quoted was quite reasonable, especially since he spent over three hours working on my system, making sure that every aspect of the machine was working to specifications. He is highly professional, very personable, and a top notch technician. My six year old computer is now working better than ever. Thank you, Carlos.

Thank you Carlos for providing such wonderful, quick and professional service on my laptop. Being on a budget, when I first heard about your company, I was concerned that you might be too expensive. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised when you assured me that there would be no surprises. Mr. Garcia, I wish other people in the service industry would use you as an example of what a service tech should be. You allowed me to schedule the appointment at my convenience and you were courteous enough to call and tell me you were on your way.
I am completely satisfied with the service you provided and the cost of the repair. I will keep your business card in my wallet and if I am ever asked or if I hear of someone who needs their computer repaired, I will gladly recommend you. Again, thank you.
