User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe were not pleased with our experience at Dogs Day Out. Our dog was bitten by another dog while staying there for a few hours. It was a minor bite, so I called them only to inform them so they could watch the other dogs who were there that day in the future. Unfortunately, the woman on the phone was extremely rude to me. She basically said that "dogs bite other dogs" and that I should not be surprised. She never even apologized! With a simple apology I might have returned - but given the woman's rudeness I swore to never return. Be careful if you bring your dogs here.

This place is WONDERFUL. They treat our dog like it is their own. Our dog is so happy when she arrives there and is very content when she comes home after spending a day at Dog's Day Out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
