Sarafina's Italian Restaurant

We recently went to the restaurant when we were staying in the area. It was right off the road and appeared busy. But when my husband and I went into the restaurant to inquire about the wait, we were treated rudely and after two attempts to try to get a table, just left. I have no idea what the food is like, but if the service after you sit down is anything like the service before you sit down, I do not recommend it. We went down the road to another restaurant, who were also very busy, and were treated warmly and given a glass of wine while we waited for our table.

We have tried this restaurant many times...the food either lacks favour, or is cold. The other night we tried again, and found the food to be terrible-- again no favour, presentation was alright...service was speedy this time around. We used to frequent her resturant in Murphey's....and the food was fabulous. They brag about how many plates they serve in a night..........it is not how many plates you serve, it should be about quality. If people think this is fabulous try the local country club. Fine food is about taste and presentation...Considering that she is packed every night...I am sure they won't miss us.

Consistently great food at a reasonable price. Good portions for those who work up an appetite! Make reservations ahead of time (1-2 days at least) so you will not be disappointed! Service is super!
