    Bought a skyjacker lift from these guys and got the wrong parts..what a hassle. Had a buddy put it in but needed blocks in the back due to sagging. Broke down and just took it to them...thinking they were professionals and they could just fix it and charge me. Wrong! Three attemps and hundreds of dollars later it is still not right and they just blew me off today. They found some other issues with my jeep and maked it on the paperwork but never told me and offered no fix or discount to do the work. I feel this place lacks in experience, professionalism and they are seriously in need of a mechanic that can test drive a vehicle after fixing it and realize if it is good or not. 3 times they say oh he test drove it its good. DONT BELIEVE THIS WHEN THEY SAY IT. I just had a bad experience here and I guess I will go somewhere else to spend all my money! Too bad they were close. Oh and if Trails West sees this....Call me if you hire someone that can really fix stuff.
