The Drum Cafe concept, the oldest form of team building, is a unique hands-on application of African drums and percussion that is not only suited for team building, but for powerful general session kick offs, closings or awards banquets. Imagine the power of 300 to 2000 people applauding with drums at your recognition evening. The Drum Cafe has a number of teams across the Canada and the USA, that travel to each event with hundreds and sometimes thousands of drums in tow � one for each audience participant � We perform events for anywhere between 5 and 5000+ participants! Through a customized and carefully facilitated interactive program, success is built in a stepwise fashion. First we break down barriers, level the playing field, with an opening of non-verbal communication. Second, we align everyone to a common theme, vision or mission through the bass note, the foundation of the music. Third, we explore the diversity, in each and everyone�s unique and individual contribution through the tone note, the communication note. We close off with a fun high energy percussion set, embracing diversity handing out fun percussive instruments, in an all out celebration of self expression and leadership. Through the universal language of music and rhythm, your organization will discover that the whole is greater than the sum of all its individual parts.    OH MY GOD!  HOW AWESOME WAS IT!  I had no real idea what to expect (totally), but, never would I havedreamed of what I got (and the "kids")!!!  It was absolutely fabulous!  What a creative mind to see how this would give fullunderstanding to "team building" or "leadership" !!!  Nina, Jai, Michael, and Brenda were tremedous!  We can't say enoughabout them and how we all bonded so quickly...I feel I have friends for life...what an awesome group of people you havethere at Drum Cafe.  We were thrilled to get to know them just a little!   Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!  You were so helpful and supportive in bringing this program to us and it is mostappreciated.  I have had a great experience in dealing with you and your company! God Bless! Kandi
