   Recently an unexpected trip left me without a place to leave my dog for a week. Our usual kennel was booked and didn't have room for Skyler. A friend suggested I give Chris, at Dogday Dog Walkers, a call to see if he was available to pet sit. Not only did Chris help me out at the last minute, I couldn't have dreamed of finding a better person to take care of Skyler. From the moment I met Chris I could tell that not only is he very knowledgeable about dogs - but he really loves dogs. He took the time to get to know Skyler, and was patient with the anxiety of 'separation'. He kept me updated while I was away, which I really appreciated. The best part was when I went to meet Chris to pick up Skyler. They were having a walk in the park and I saw them before Skyler realized I was nearby. I could see Skyler was completely happy, bouncing around with that doggy-smile look on his face. I would, and do recommend Chris and Dogday Dog Walkers to everyone.

   I recently moved to New York from Vermont and I did not fully realize the effect this would have on Milo. Milo is a handsome four-year-old golden retriever who has always enjoyed romping through the Vermont wilderness for exercise. Yet New York was a far cry from the Upper East Side. I was quickly swamped in work and Milo wasn't receiving the time he needed and deserved for his exercise. But thankfully I found DogDay Dog Walkers and nothing made Milo happier than his long walks with Chris. I'll confess that sometimes I become a little jealous at the thought of how much Milo enjoys his DogDay Walker. But seeing Milo so content has undoubtedly restored balance to our family. Thank you DogDay Dog Walkers!
