stateside. i would give it an 8.5
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsOK - My wife and I have searched Wake Forest and beyond for the best bruschetta and have found it! Mellow Mushroom (of all the places) have outstanding bruschetta... the pizza was decent as well... service was good.
