I don't know where these folks are coming from. But the food at caffiene's is great and the price is very reasonable for the atomsphere you are getting. I love the place and go there for lunch a lot. If you like the social scene Thursday is the night to be there. Keep in mind that this is an upscale place and your hamburgers are not going to taste like McDs. Great place, especially if you like tasting different wines. The owner really has put some class into that part of Granda.

We were utterly DISMAYED when we were finished with our dining experience at this establishment. OVER-RATED is the only thing that comes to mind regarding my opinion. We were charged $14 for our small bottle of Chimay beer (which you can also get the Ormond Wine Company down the street for 60% less) but we have never been charged this much even when we were in NYC!! The staff did not even blink an eye and clearly were not obliged to explain this extreme difference (and conveniently the menu does not address). Don't waste your money or time here- go to the Ormond Wine Company for great food and drinks for half the price!!

Hard to believe, especially since my experience has been the total opposite. The atomsphere at Caffiene is unique to Daytona Beach area. None other like it in the area. You have to check out the wine cellar at the resturant.
