About:	Leslie's is a "hidden gem" tucked in the hills of southern Vermont. Since 1986 Chef-Owner John Marston and his wife, Leslie have quietly created an oasis for great food in the Bellows Falls area. Quality is assured because our Chef cooks every meal every night! Utilizing fresh local ingredients, many from his own garden, Chef John Marston offers unique, hard to resist dishes, that he has developed over his 30 year career. From Thai dishes to steaks to vegetarian we try to please a variety of palettes. Originally an 18th Century Tavern and Inn,Leslie's offers a candlelit atmosphere in three intimate dining rooms, a welcome respite from the faced paced world outside. Full bar and outside patio are available as well.
