User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was forced to use this company through my "Road-Side Assistance". After waiting 6 hours the the company to pick up my car, the driver informed me that he couldn't get the car out of the parallel parking spot and that I needed to call another tow company (an unneccessary $60) to move it 2 feet where his flatbed tow truck could get it. The second tow truck driver told me that calling him was ridiculous and all Samantha's had to do was turn the stearing wheel to angle to car appropriately! After this inconvenience, the company promised the car would be to the dealership by 6am to be serviced.... it arrived at 10pm the following day (they stated that they were "busy"). I would never recommend them to anyone....ever and they owe me $60!
