   We have 2 little dogs and 1 cat. We started using the carpet protector, because DRYFAST techs advised us to do so. The first time they cleaned the carpet they applied the protector and instead of calling them back in a couple of months, we could afford to postpone the next carpet cleaning. Since we started using the protector it has cut our cleaning down to annual rather than 2 or 3 times per year. Dryfast is an honest company and we refer them to friends and family without hesitation.
   
   They called us the next day to thank us for our business and make sure all the work was done to our satisfaction!!! That level of customer service is rare in the cleaning industry nowadays.
