I don t know what is going on lately at Luna Azul but their service is severely lacking. The last 4 times we ve gone I think it would have been faster had we made our own food. At least 2 of these times they were not even busy. The service is sub-par. You wait forever to get refills. We just went this past Tuesday and when the girl finally came and got our drink order, it was 15 minutes before she came back to take the order and then another 30-40 before we got the food on the table. It was two adult meals and two kids meals and they were not busy. They need to get their service together. At least I can say that the last several times I ve gone their baby has not be roaming around the restaurant. Before that they were allowing their baby to roll all over the place in her walker and come up to tables while people are eating. Very annoying and unprofessional.
