Angela did a great consultation and suggested a new look that made me look 10 years younger!!! I love the salon and got great customer service!! I will not need to look any further for a salon.

I had my hair highlighted and cut by Danna at Splurge and LOVED the experience and outcome. Danna was right on with the color that I wanted. I went from a dark brunette to honey blonde. No damage whatsoever. All the stylists at the salon were very friendly and made me feel very welcome.

I had my hair high-lites done here by Dana. She is supposedly a level 5 however, her ability should be a level 1. This was the worst high-lite service I have ever had. She seriously needs training. Their website advertises that they want to make the customer happy - don't fall for the false advertising! If you ask them to make any corrections - they seriously get an attitude. She rushed through the job doing a very poor job charging nearly $200 - It was all about the money not service or quality. Save yourself the trouble and find a more quality hair dresser. And by the way the owner has never operated a business much less does not know a thing about hair (business ownership 101) and has absolutley no customer services skills - rude, argumentative, and no class. Maybe she should go back to operating her farm.
