I had chronic severe sinus infections and went on antibiotics about 2-3 times a year. I had never had acupuncture before, and Tom - recommended by a friend was incredibly clear in explaining things. I would often go to Ancient Arts Acupuncture as I felt a sinus infection coming on (and often a severe one), and literally walking out an hour later the symptoms would be (and stay) gone. And, even though I would frequently call to get a day-of or next-day appointment, Tom and her staff were always extremely helpful, going out of their way to fit me in. The place itself is extremely clean, peaceful, and has fantastic little touches (heated tables, tea, etc), and it is in a really convenient part of Baltimore. Overall, I really can't recommend Ancient Arts Acupuncture and Tom Ingegno highly enough.
