Unfortunately, I had a similar experience as Daviddon22 about two months ago. I was excited to hear about the brewery in Parker so I took my wife and her parents. They were in town from California and I wanted to get them to a local brewpub. We were there on a Friday afternoon and the place wasn't very busy. We sat at a table near the bar and had the bartender/manager serve us. We asked for a sampler tray and were told that they couldn't do those and we could only serve pints. What kind of brewery doesn't do samplers???(not freebies, just the tray of shot size tasters) I tried the Heffewizen and it was HORRIBLE, probably the worst Heff I have ever had. My father-in-law had the laughing ale and he said he should have just got a coors light because it tasted the same. My wife had a berry flavored ale and she couldn't handle more than one swallow! How can a brewery go zero for three??? I know different people have different palates but I tried all three and couldn't find one that I could drink more than one of!!!! Whatever, at least we could get some good grub thought, right? Wrong again! My wife's salad had a bunch of wilted lettuce and my mother-in-law's bison burger was burned to a crisp. She ordered it medium well!! We asked the manager/bartender for a recooked one and he acted like we were being too needy. He stomped off toward the kitchen with the plate and we wondered what she would get when the plate was returned. Her food came out about five minutes later and she was served a chicken sandwich instead. I asked the manager/bartender what was going on and he said, almost yelling, that he guessed that they couldn't cook it right so we got chicken instead! My in-laws are forgiving people so my mother-in-law tried the chicken anyways. It was RAW in the middle and she started gagging at the table. I POLITELY asked the manager for our check and that he not charge us for the bison/chicken sandwich fiasco. He got irate and threatened to call the cops if we didn't leave immediately. We weren't causing a scene, which I would have if it weren't for the in-laws, and we were simply trying to leave. To make matters worse, we saw two other tables getting sampler trays from other waiters while we were there! I'm not sure if we got the wrong guy on the wrong day, but he sure has a short fuse. He was tall and skinny and was wearing a funny fisherman style hat. Stay away from his area if you do go here! We left and went to CB and Potts on Broadway and 470. The beer there is great, their diablo wings are killer, and the service is always top notch. I can't recommend the Falcon Brew Co to anyone, even to the local Parker crowd. It's well worth the drive to any of the other local breweries!!
This could be the very worst restaurant in Colorado. When you enter the restaurant you are overcome with the stench of fermenting beer. The tables are jammed in so close I could barley get to my table with out disturbing each person I passed. When we sat down there was old dried food stuck on our table. When we asked for our table to recleaned the waitress seemed put out. We started our dinner with a beer that was brewed on-site, it tasted flat with below average taste. My wife ordered the cheese dip with chips. The chips were stale and the cheese dip was watery with little flavor. Iâm not sure how you could mess up cheese dip but they accomplished this difficult task. For the main course I ordered the brat with sauerkraut and my wife ordered the chicken sandwich. 1st off my brat bun was totally soggy. The placed so much sauerkraut juice on my plate my bun was mush. The brat itself tasked like it had been cooked days ago and was really dry. The best part of the dinner was when my wife bit into her chicken sandwich and it was raw inside. I kind of got mad and raided my voice at the waitress. She sent over the manager who started yelling at me and told us to leave or he was calling the police. I tried to explain to him that raw chicken can kill people but this guy treated us like we were at fault. I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a restaurant in my 40 years on this planet! Please take my advice and never visit the restaurant!

Falcon Brewing Company kicked off early to mid Sept. of 08. This little quaint brewery offers great beer and wonderful food. You must try the soft baked pretzels with any of the hand-crafted beers. The Place is cozy with a neighborhood feel. Staff is very freindly and it seems as though they enjoy working at the place. I have been there many times since they opened and really love the Reuben, burgers, nachos , pretzels and burritto. Try this place out you will not be dissapointed.

B.S. Flag Alert! Falcon Brew Pub does have a sampler (giant portions at that) ergo the rest of this post is complete and utter B.S. (from some drunken idiots sore about being kicked out after abusing the staff). David's post can be put in the same boat. FBC is good people, beer, and food!
