User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called Summit to have repair done on my air conditioner, needing freon, (which ran out last night), in temperature of 93 with a heat index of 96, they said they would be out around 2 this afternoon and it is now 4:47 and it looks like a no show! I am very, very disappointed in them, they took my phone number and yet didn't even call to say they were delayed or not coming. I have called 12 times and no answer just a recording, without a number to call if no one is available.
