Don't walk, Run to see these guys!‎
If you are a discerning videophile and value the finer things then you will appreciate the professionalism and quality of their service and products. Not only were they competitive pricewise, they recommended a home theater system that is the envy of eveyone that has seen it in my home. We settled on the Pioneer Elite 60" plasma "Kuro" It has the highest black levels of any display tested. It is accurate, bright and tack sharp. It wasn't cheap but it worth it! We matched it with other Elite components for consistency and performance. Previous home theater setups required me to crank it up to get the full effect which would frustrate my wife. Our new sytem satisfies my need to feel involved without splitting her ear drums. It is truly a great experience. Josh Topaz, from Integrated, visited my home and took the time to understand what our needs and budget was. He supervised the expert installation to make sure it was all the way it should be. No pressure, just advice. We had a Pioneer component go bad 3 months after the sale. They promptly came to the house, removed the compenent and sent it to Pioneer for repair. They put a loaner in it's place so that we could continue to enjoy the experience. They dealt with Pioneer to get it resolved. They are the Ritz Carleton experience of home theaters. I would recommend them with my highest level of conviction. John and Sonia.
