User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHave had nothing but a headache every single time I want to buy tickets from this place. They have the worst set up for selling tickets! If you want front row seats don't buy them early cause you will not get the site to bring up anything close to the stage until the day before or the day of the show... What is the point for the pre-sale for your sponsors!!??

We have been to several events at the BOK center. The center in general is very nice. I would avoid the upper level seats. The stairs are very steep, and seriously if you have any issues with heights, do not buy seats there.
The reason for this review is a minor issue I just had. We had tickets to the Rod Stewart concert 8/20, which was just cancelled. I just got off the phone regarding the refund and was informed that there was a $3.75 fee charged by the BOK Center! I know it's not much, but really!
Just had to blow off hot air..... 
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starswe went aerosmith last night it was awful the seats were bad i hate the steep stairs the sound was bad i have seen them lots of times the sound is great but not last night zz tops the music was louder than them singing so u couldn't here them, Aerosmith was better but not up to there usual,i will not go back to the bok
