User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent service!! I bought a Blackberry from another store that set me up on the wrong email plan (there's more than one!) and did not even show me how to use it. I was SO frustrated I was about to return it!! I found this store on Market Commons Drive by accident when I went to Pei Wei for lunch, and boy am I glad I stopped in! Jason and Tim took the time to help me fix my plan, set up my email, showed me how to use the phone, copied my contacts from my old phone for free, and showed me how to get awesome apps for it! They did all this for free and I didn't even buy my phone from them! I have no idea why anyone shops at any other Verizon store because these guys are the best!
