Prepare and file various I-Forms, I-485 applications to register permanent residence or adjust status including family-based adjustments (Form I-130 ); employment-based adjustments, (Forms I-129, I-140); and refugee/asylee adjustments and their relative petitions, (Form I-730), and any related applications for travel document--advance parole, and refugee travel documents (Form I-131); and various applications for employment authorization (Form I-765). Systematize and file diverse Immigration petitions for Immigrant, Nonimmigrant Alien workers, and their dependents to enable them legally migrate to the U.S. to work or receive training. I-129, Petition for Non-Immigrant aliens with specialty occupation and temporary workers (H-1B, H-2A, H-2B, H-3, L-1, O-1, O-2, P-1, P-1S, P-2, P-2S, P-3, P-3S, or Q-1; E-1, E-2, R-1 or TN) and their Labor Condition Application, (Form ETA 9035). I-140, Immigrant petition for alien workers (Outstanding Professors and Researchers, aliens with extraordinary ability in Arts, Science, education, business, and, athletes; multinational executives/managers, schedule A Nurses, and other skilled workers) and their PERM Application, ETA Form 9089. I-539 Petition to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status for H/L aliens. |
