    We have tried other pet cremation services in the past esp. within a 50 mile radius and have never experienced the "professionalism" and sensitivity that the staff gave to us upon loosing our beloved "chocolate"! Their open-door policy to inspect their facility and quality of services and merchandise far out did any of their competition out there. We esp. appreciate Mr .Smith who guided us through the details. We give them a solid 5 star!!!!!! Thank you for taking great care of our most prized possession.
