    Bev has been my leasing and property manager for 3 years. Our units has minimal vacancy after turnover. For service calls, she is flexible about let us know so we can do the repair ourself or have her team complete it.Compared to larger PM company, it's easier to reach Bev and have issue resolved quickly. In general, we are happy so far.

    I have been with Bev Roberts for over one year now. As a first time landlord I was looking for a property management group that would make this easy. After a bad experience with a first company I came across Bev Roberts Rentals. I was very impressed with how easy it was to get her on the phone and also to finally get a tenant in my investment property. She has proven to be very professional with timely e-mails and reports that are clear and easy to review. I was so pleased with the simplicity and the effectiveness of her work that I did not hesitate to continue my contract for a second term with her.

    She has made my first landlord experience a pleasant one and I would recommend her to anyone.

    Bev Roberts Rentals has managed my property for several years. She is always on top of things and makes being a landlord effotless. I never have to worry if she is taking care of my tenants and my investment property. My tenants appreciate her staying on top of repairs. I have used other comapanies in the past and been let down by their performance. I have refered several friends that are also pleased with her service. I can always get in touch with Bev or her staff and they always respond to emailed questions without delay. I am always impressed with how quickly Bev finds me a quilified tenant, so I don't miss out on any rental payments.
