My mom had a car with a tricky starter and for a few years at any given time the car would lock up and refuse to start. Leaving us stranded for hours til it would decide to start again. This past Christmas we found ESSER and Mike went above and beyond for us. After he fixed our starter the car started doing the same thing the next day at 10pm on Christmas eve mind you. Mike actually came to where we were and got the car going for us. He felt awful for the car acting up on us again. On christmas we were stuck at our motel cause the car did it again. Well we ended up getting it to start ourselves. The day after Christmas mike fixed the car at no additional charge. Mike really stands behind his work and is commited to finding the problem to make the car safe. Our problem ended up bing that in addition to the starter there was a teeny tiny fray in a wire going to the starter causing all our misery. SO since the day after Christmas not one problem with that car thanks to ESSER AUTOMOTIVE. Everybody knows that the car never makes the same noises or does the same things when they take thier car anywhere to be fixed. thats why Mike will take time and test your car in a few situations to make sure he has found the problem and fixed it. He never overcharges or tells you that you need some huge repair that you don't. He is very nice and very honest. We refer everyone to him for his honesty, kindness, and unbeatable pricing.

Mike is honest, efficient, friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Was the best price I could find around to replace my transmission and was able to do the job in a day. GREAT guy here and I will use him for years to come.

I had my truck in for a replacement fuel pump. Mike completed the repairs on time and under many other estimates I had received. I even had a bad ignition coil wire that Mike replaced for free.
It's hard to find an honest mechanic who's also able to beat any pricing estimates. I would have no hesitation bringing back any of my vehicles to Mike.
