The Caboose is an upscale restaurant specializing in great steaks, fresh seafood and friendly service. They have a full bar with specialty cocktails, domestic & imported beers and an extensive wine list. Summer hours are Tuesday ! Saturday 3 pm-10pm. Excellent food and service. Their steaks are always cooked to perfection; be sure and try one of their specials. I have been there numerous times and have never been disappointed. You should try their sushi. (yea, believe or not, you can find sushi in redneck country)

I have eaten at this restaurant twice. Once at my company Christmas party, and another time with my husband. The food and service were great both times. You get your money's worth with the food. With my husband, we didn't have reservations. They offered the open bar to wait for our table, and we did. It helped pass the time, and the wait was only about 15 minutes.
