i like how friendly and professional they were. i have no complaints but i was told the more detail the more pay so i asked for a detailed cleaning not just basic or the surface cleaning. i would recommend them actually i have already. with these companies you have to tell them exactly what you're wanting done and be willing to pay for great service.

They did not clean my home very well, and I noticed they had left my kitchen appliances undone, they forgot to dust air vents, and the thing that really pissed me off is they were very rude when I called the office to complain about the many things they did not clean, so I will be using one of the more reputable maids services next time, and it probably won't be Merry Maids, because they also clean very bad.

yes its true its anyday anytime cleaning and they have great prices, but like they say you get what you pay for. overall most of the work was good but tiny things like the corners and cracks and the top of appliances was not. just make sure you observe them while they clean to make sure they get everything you asked for cleaning or else theyll say the job is done but to me it was not complete.
