I would like to take this opportunity to say, Benita Turner is a excellent Massage Therapist. She focus on the issues that you are dealing with and corrects them by using her gift of Massage. I know you are saying,why did he use the word "gift"? Well let me tell you.......When someone is gifted in a area they have tapped into there purpose on earth and Benita is gifted. I went into her office hurting and feeling really bad. She asked me questions and listened to my answers and focused on the issues at hand. I left her office feeling much much better and I will be back. Massage Therapy is really needed in this day and time because we live in a very stress filled world. So if I was you I would call and get in to see her and please tell her that you read my review (Wes) and that's why you came in.......lol and to that person who wrote the Lies about Benita remember ( what you do to others,will come back to you) that is the Law of Reaping and Sowing. Ms Turner is a professional who takes pride in her work and I for one can officially call her my Massage Therapist:) ***** Five Stars!!!!!

I would like to state 1st off Ms Turner is the of the utmost highest professionalism and knows her job well. She puts her clients 1st unlike at least one other establishment in town whom I shall not bother slandering as that would lower myself to their level. Secondly she does an amazing job as a licensed healthcare worker Ive had my share of physical maladys caused by just trying to do my job and Benita was very understanding and works with her clients for the best outcome. Contrary to statements by other people she also engages in lawful business practices only and would never risk her license to do something inappropriate or illegal, let alone risk her safety and welfare by tolerating any such behavior from her clientele. and for the person who seems to want to post false information I never met Ms Turner prior to today and had only one previous email exchange with her last week when I was trying to find out about her services and experience as I only recently moved back into the Roanoke area after moving away after finishing school, however I have little tolerance in general for individuals who seem to want to post false statements online and impune a licensed professionals credibility and character because I know Ms Turner worked very hard to obtain her license from the VA BON as a CMT. Any individual who themselves is licensed knows the State Boards do not play games and will also take action against individuals license who themselves engaged in behavior such as libel and slander so let this be a warning if any allegations are shown to be true as have been rumored that another licensed professional has been engaging in such acts they can rest assured I will personally file a formal complaint with the Virginia Board of Nursing myself to have them take action against the individual for professional misconduct.

I am on vacation in Roanoke and wanted to get a massage for the relaxation. I work in a stressful field and have muscle tension issues. I called Cloud 9 State of Mind Massage Therapy and spoke to Benita who was very accommodating in scheduling my appointment. I can say without a doubt Benita's massage is the best I have ever experienced. Her technique and professional approach is outstanding. She takes the time to ask if you have any areas you would like her to specifically work on but addresses all your major muscles. She is very focused and attentive. Her intuitive sense is on target varying the pressure from quite strong to minimal stimulation. She has achieved a studio atmosphere that is calming, relaxing and comfortable. I found her session to be therapeutic and relaxing. I have already and will continue to recommend Benita and Cloud 9 State of Mind to my friends and family.
