I've needed to have my front door rekeyed for quite some time now, but was hesitant to do so because I was weary of locksmiths, having heard nightmare stories about "extra" keys being made for distribution. When I finally gave in, I looked on Yahoo to find a reputable company, and I am so glad I did. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Not only did I receive same day service, it was top of the line service. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to fix the problems I had, and ended up saving me at the very least, $200. I am so happy that I used Yahoo, and I am very grateful that they provide this type of forum so that consumers may find companies that furnish such great service. I now feel very safe and secure, thanks to both parties! I highly, highly recommend Best Bay Locksmith.

OK, so maybe I'm a bit of a geek. Best Bay Locksmith prices were reasonable and Ron actually showed me and explained everything he was doing when he came out to re-key the locks on our new house.
