   I would not recommend this service. The repairman was in and out in less than an hour...did a "quick fix" to my computer and two days later it crashed again with the same problem. I called the repairman to see if he could guarantee his work or give me any advice, and he told me that he couldn't guarantee his work, that he didn't know what I did with the computer on my time (implying that I didn't know how to work it!), and if he came out again, he wouldn't charge me the full price (meaning he would still charge me!)...When first talking to him, he was very professional, but after learning that he failed, his professionalism went to slight sarcasm and witty banter. This service was a waste of my time and money and left me with the same problem I started with.

   Best Service In Town! You can not find a more knowledgeable company in the Metroplex or USA as far as we are concerned. There is not a problem they cannot solve, and there prices are very fair for the service they provide. They make house calls promptly and have literally worked through the night to solve problems, because they know if our computers are down then our business stops. They give customer service a new definition. We would not trust anyone else to touch our computers.

   What A Blessing: I have been searching for a good repair person or company for a long long time and I am so happy that these people are around. I called this man and he helped walk me through some issues that were simple enough to repair myself and was told to call when I realy had an issue. i could have been charged a great deal of money for a very simple matter. When i did have an issue i did call this company and they were very prompt about arrival times and their service was fantastic. Not only was the repair completed when they said but they explained in terms even i could understand and how to avoid the problems in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this company and I WILL be using their services again and again.
