I just don't understand why someone would call Jack Adams "HONEST" and "STRAIGHT". I come through Old Town and found a set of 18x44's that was traded in on a set of DD tires. When I ask the guy working the price of these two tires he said $600.00 just for tires and I then offered $600.00 for the tires and wheels the guy said give me a minute and let me call HONEST JACK (we all know thats BS now) but anyhow the guy come back after talking with him and said that was fine we had a deal. I paid for the tires in cash right then and was given a receipt and told them I had to go get my husbands truck from Perry which is 40 mins away. The attendant said that would be fine he lived across the street and if he was closed by the time we got back that he just lived across the street and the tires would be there. Well when my husband came back to pick up MY tires which I have a receipt for he was told that the orginal person who traded the tires had changed his mind and come back and got the tires. Well wasnt very happy about that but understood that it wasnt his fault. The whole time we haven't seen this "HONEST JACK". So anyway let me try to wind this up as you can tell I'm still very upset. We rode thru OLDTOWN the next morning early and guess what there sat my tires that I had bought and paid for and had receipt in hand. I pulled up there as another attendant was painting the tires to make them look newer and they tried there hardest to tell me they were different tires but we both know better. At this time HONEST JACK told me that the tires were $800.00 without the rims(keep in mind this is the same set that I have a receipt for that I had paid $600.00 for just the day before)The conversation got heated but we did end up with the truth. This HONEST JACK had told the attendant to tell us that the orginal owner had come pick them up. HONEST JACK lied ever time he opened his mouth that morning. I didnt want to get the attendant in trouble actually he said "MAN I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY JOB" SO that right there told me everything I needed to know. So to HONEST JACK this is not over and you can take them great big 18x44"s and use them as a suppository while my attorney is getting ready to ruin your little PRO TIRE store and your HONEST reputation. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!!!!
