    NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!! Serviceman showed up late, bad attitude, banged stuff around and changed the price so would couldn't use our coupon. Couldn't finish the job on the scheduled day and made us pay upfront to come back because it was easier to do the ticket like that. Said he would call between 1-5 on Monday.530 he finally calls. We told him we canceled the call Again with attitude told me it was his understanding that he was suppose to call me on my cell at work between 1-5. I said yeah but its 530 and you just called. He responded he was in an area where he couldn't get service all day. Did you stop for lunch Allan?! you could have called then. the Owner/Manager was more fun. Didn't want to cancel, didn't want to refund, was also rude, asked us to wait and think about it. One more thing he is not American. Now that doesn't matter to me unless your company is called "All American Appliance Service Incorporated" um no you are not all American! Ive worked in retail many years and I know how to treat customers, especially in this economy. Give me a break
