My daughter has been riding at Winter Glen for almost 3 years. She competes at all the local shows and has done well due to the excellant training she receives from Peggy.
I can't image my daughter riding at any other barn! The new barn has a smoke free environment which is an added bonus, there are no barns in the area that offer this.
Her pony is well cared for with daily turnout at no extra charge!!
I suggest instead of listening to rumors or reading negative comments you come out and see for yourself.

Hey Woman, you obviously don't have the facts, people come and go for all reasons, and no I don't have a lot of money. Some people expected their horses to board for free and failed to pay their board bills, a business can't run without people paying their bills.
A lot of riders left and their reasons are between Peggy and them. I'm not one for circulating rumors.
Peggy is a great trainer and works hard with her clients and tries to make it affordable for all to ride, so you don't need a lot of money to ride at Winter Glen, all you need is the desire to learn.
I suggest if your interested in learning to ride check it out because the place is always busy with a lot of riders that have been their years and many new riders.
The horses are well cared for they have daily turn out, large stalls. Winter Glen has professional horse trainers that come in several times a week to school the horses. Winter Glen is always in the ribbons at the horse shows. There are many top riders and top horses/ponies at Winter Glen and I suggest that people come check it out instead of listening rumors.
