I would be very careful about calling a locksmith that appears to be doing business out of a mailbox in a UPS store.

Iâm constantly impressed.

I lost my second set of car keys a year ago, and I kept meaning to get a copy made . . . any one of these days . . . well, I locked my keys in the ignition this week.
It was after 8 PM, so I wasn't sure if they'd be able to come that night. They have an after-hours switchboard, and a nice operator picked up my call. Within 10 minutes she had called a technician, and 20 minutes after that he arrived at my house. Very nice man, very professional, and the keys were out within 15 minutes. He would have made copied key for me right there so I would have spare car keys, but he didn't have the right one in stock so took 10% off the price.

In order to provide our customers with professional and fast service we employ sub contractors for areas where we donât have physical locations. In order to keep our costumers connected, and provide customer service and support we own mailing addresses in these specific locations. We fully disclose our mailing address; they are listed on the main page of our web site. As a large local Locksmith company we will inevitably face negative reviews, yet it seems this review was written with malicious intent. Furthermore, after clicking on the userâs profile "Pat Lock" it is easy to see that this individual has placed numerous positive reviews for his own company while doing the exact opposite to his competitors. Best Bay Locksmith respects its customers and always strives towards perfect service and professionalism. A free market yields competition as companies and individual fight for clients. We all play this game, some more successful than others. We would hope some of our peers in the Locksmith business would use better judgment before acting rashly and dishonestly next time.
