    My Dental Insurance says that he should return $853 to me. He refuses. The crown he put on a tooth ended up in the garbage 3 months later because after it was done he sent me for root canal. The root canal specialist (one day later) found the tooth was loose after novacaine was administered. The tooth was then pulled. I am going to small claims court as soon as I can find out the procedure for that.
