I have been going to Aaron now for 3 years. He is definitely inspirational and his style is a breath of fresh air. If you need an extra push, look no further, Aaron is YOUR trainer. I enjoy that Aaron is not limited to using weight machines. He incorporates different tools such as kettlebells, resistance bands, the strength of your own body, just to name a few. As Aaron says, "Think Strong, Be Strong!"
I have to say, I was worried going to a trainer, because of the perception I had of them. This is to say, a trainer who is way to high-energy and over zealous.
When, I met Aaron, he clearly had good energy, sat me down and explained to me how he thought WE would tackle my goals. It is truly amazing to see just how much potential he's pulled out of me and shown me what I'm capable of. In the 30+ sessions I've been with him, my clothes fit much looser, I've lost 10 pounds of fat, and I can actually see muscle definition. I never thought I'd enjoy working out so hard, but the sessions don't take on a military style. It's always very fun and very informative. Aaron clearly possesses a lot of knowledge about the mind and the body.
Working with Aaron and a real investment into yourself. Go see him.

I have to say that Aaron really does practice what he preaches when it comes to training the body and the mind. I've completely bought into what we've done in our program. First, he's helped me change my thinking towards exercise as well as conditioned my mind to reach for the goals I had previously thought unattainable.
I have yet to see anyone other trainer at the gym incorporate such a wide variety of exercises (including the kettlebell, bands, ropes, and even my own body) to achieve my goal of getting cutting fat, getting stronger, and feeling better about myself. The one thing I feel he is a master of is, getting the absolute best potential out of his clients. I know each day I see him it will be tough, but in a very weird way, I always feel better about myself after I leave. I can't wait for my next session.
Either way, if you're looking for top notch knowledge, motivation, and true change, he's your man.
