very good service. they were out for my front load washer that was not spinning out properly. Unfortunitly it needed a new control board but they ordered the part and it showed up at my door the next day. They were back out the day after that and had it fixed in no time. Very speedy service. Will deffenitly recomend there service to all of my friends.

Very poor customer service. I waited 3 weeks for a part for my washer only to find out that the repairman never ordered it. I explained that I had been handwasing my 3 kids whites and lights for 3 weeks and in return only got a sarcastic apology-- and that was only after I asked for the apology. When I questioned the woman's customer service she became very curt with me,said she was canceling the parts orders and told me to find someplace else to order parts from. When I said that she could not cancel my order she disagreed and then hung up on me. I realize the customer is not always right but the customer does deserve respect and a sincere apology when a mistake is made. You won't find that at DC Appliance!
